April 25, 2004-- Edwin and I ended up dropping well over a hundred bucks each on lunch today.  Our original destination of Williamsburg was scrapped when we learned the airport restaurant closes early on Sunday.  So we decided on Wakefield municipal airport, which is only a mile from the Virginia Diner.

We brought along two Horizon aviation flight instructors, Corey McClure and Tommy Morton, for the ride.  The intent was to get quizzed on various flying stuff in preparation for our upcoming FAA check ride, but we really just had a blast and didn't get much serious stuff done.
